I had a conversation with Engineering Leads, Product Leads and even peers on the PgM team at Glassdoor. The recruiter was very transparent about the organization, compensation, benefits, and the interviewing process (feedback, loops required, debriefs, feedback I received post-debrief, etc.). We then discussed my background (current / prior projects & programs). From there, they provided me a background on the company, the role and what they were looking for.
